Theme: New Thoughts in the Context of New Trends of Reform and Development

Event Recap:
The National People’s Congress and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference concluded themselves on March 14th, delivering new thoughts and new hopes for the country. Similarly, Shenzhen set new goals and measures for the year. To better equip members of the Committee of 30 with the most updated knowledge pertaining the new trends in the reform and development of the city and the country, we invited Mr. Xiaoyu Zhong, member of the national committee of CPPCC, former vice chairman of Shenzhen municipal CPPCC, and member of the Committee of 30 to share with us his observations and thoughts during the two sessions. We also invited Mr. Weijun Fan from the Policy Research Office at the Shenzhen municipal government to paint us the big picture of the new trends and measures of reform in the city.
