SZIDI and IPP Agreed to Seek Future Cooperation

The Shenzhen Innovation and Development Institute (SZIDI) visited the Institute of Public Policy, South China University of Technology (IPP) on March 24th, 2017. Former member of the Standing Committee of CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee, Siping Zhang and Director of the Academic Committee of IPP, Yongnian Zheng, and President of IPP, Mu Yang, elaborated on their insights and past experiences on the construction and development of independent public policy think tanks in China. The two institutes share focal research interests on reform and development issues in China. They agree to seek future cooperation opportunities in the establishment and development of the Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau.
Upon Mr. Zhang’s invitation, Mr. Zheng will join the Public Lecture Series and share with the wider public his insights on the ongoing reform in China on April 17th, 2017.
