Delegation of Kansai Association of Corporate Executives Visited SZIDI

On November 22, 2017, the delegation of Kansai Association of Corporate Executives chiefed by Mr. Yoshinao IKEDA, chairperson of Digital Transformation Committee of the Kansai Keizai Doyukai and the Managing Executive Officer and Head of Kansai Branch of the Development Bank of Japan visited SZIDI.

Vice president Mr. Huijian TANG and former Secretary-General of Shenzhen, Mr. Ling NAN received the guests and attended the meeting. With a thorough review of the development of IT industry in Shenzhen, Mr. Nan in his presentation painted the big picture of how government policies, entrepreneurship, the integration of industry chain and talent acquisition interact with each other and together contribute to an ever fast-growing IT industry in Shenzhen. A 30-min Q&A session followed the presentation, during which Mr. Akihiro KURODA, co-chairperson of Kansai Keizai Doyukai and chairman of Kokuyo, Mr. Hiroyuki SUZUKI, co-chairperson of Kansai Keizai Doyukai and chairman and CEO of Maruichi Steel Tube, Mr. Tsutomu TAKANOSE, deputy chairperson of the Digital Transformation Committee of Kansai Keizai Doyukai and senior vice president and deputy general manager of Mitsubishi Corporation Kansai Branch, Mr. Motomitsu SHIRAKAWA, vice chairperson of the Digital Transformation Committee of Kansai Keizai Doyukai and president and CEO of SOPPRA Corporation, and Mr. Seiji TOMOSADA, director general of Development Bank of Japan Kansai Branch shared their thoughts.
